He has led businesses through periods of significant growth and change, combining commercial acumen with a deep understanding of complex, highly regulated markets.
Over the course of his career, David has accelerated organic growth, reshaped distribution, strengthened operations and driven cost efficiency, while enhancing regulatory, risk and governance frameworks. His focus is on turning strategy into execution through clear priorities, disciplined implementation and measurable outcomes.
